Brian Cahal and Teddy Hayden take their usual trail shredding into new territory with an overnight bikepacking trip. Starting in San Francisco, they packed their Hudski Dualists, picked up the necessary gear from Sports Basement, hopped on the ferry, took the SMART train to Santa Rosa, and headed toward the coast with a loose plan.
After a quick “rest” for the night, they loaded their Hudski's back up and spent the next day exploring the nearby trails. They ripped through jungle-like sections, descended all the way down to the beach, and found some insane lines along the California coast.
Brian summed up the trip best: “For a couple of first timers, it got into some Type 2 territory, but that was freaking sick. We’ve got to do it again.”
